By accessing and using soundpixel.co, as well as downloading our free sound effects and music, you agree to the terms outlined in this License. Single-User License
This License grants a single user the right to download and use sound effects and music from soundpixel.co.
Attribution Required (Free Account)

No Attribution Option
Don’t want to provide attribution? By upgrading your account, you remove the requirement to credit us, gain unlimited downloads, and access additional benefits.
Creator Members
Upgraded Creator members with active subscriptions are not required to provide attribution when using soundpixel.co sound effects or music. Sounds and music downloaded with a Creator account retain attribution-free use for life in unlimited projects.
Permitted Uses for Sound Effects and Music
Sound effects and music from soundpixel.co may be used in both commercial and non-commercial projects, including but not limited to:
• Film, television, and radio
• Advertisements
• Podcasts and audiobooks
• Games and apps
• YouTube videos and live streams
• Blogs, websites, and social media
• School projects and presentations
• Art installations and performances
• Sound compositions and live shows
Restrictions on Use
You are permitted to edit, synchronize, and embed soundpixel.co’s sound effects and music in your work as long as:
• They are part of a larger project and not the primary value (e.g., sound effect apps).
• You do not redistribute our sounds outside of your project.
If you have an intended use not listed, please contact us for clarification.
Prohibited Uses
You may NOT:
• Share or distribute soundpixel.co’s sound effects and music outside of your projects.
• Sell, loan, or sublicense our sounds to third parties.
• Remix, transform, or repurpose our sounds and music for sale outside of your project.
• Use our sounds in any media where their primary value lies in sharing soundpixel.co content (e.g., relaxation videos centered around our soundtracks).
• Use our sound files in physical products (e.g., toys) without a separate agreement.
• Utilize soundpixel.co content to train AI or machine learning models.
• Allow any third party to access your account for downloads or use bots or automated systems to retrieve content.
Copyright and Intellectual Property
All sound effects and music provided by soundpixel.co are licensed, not sold. This license grants royalty-free use in your projects, but all copyrights remain with soundpixel.co and our contributors.
Indemnification
By using our sounds, you agree to indemnify soundpixel.co from any claims, damages, or liabilities, including legal fees, arising from misuse or breach of this agreement.
Disclaimer of Warranties

Limitation of Liability
